At Audrey, we are transforming how audits are delivered. Auditors are overwhelmed by high volumes of inconsistent client data, manual processes, and a lack of modern tools. Too much time is spent on repetitive tasks and too little on understanding the business and applying judgment. The result is burned-out audit teams, squeezed firm margins, and frustrated clients.

We are building agentic AI that automates what machines do best, so auditors can focus on what humans do best: judgment.

You have lived the reality of audit — the grind, the workarounds, the wasted hours. As Founding Audit Product Specialist, you will turn that experience into a product that changes how the entire industry works.

Working closely with clients and forward-deployed engineers, you will take real audit workflows and turn them into product reality, aligned with best-practice audit methodology. You will translate years of audit experience into the evaluations that drive the product. Every edge case you have seen, every methodology nuance you know — these become the criteria we build and test against. You will define what Audrey gets right and where it needs to improve.

You will shape product direction by supporting discovery, roadmap discussions, and design reviews, writing and reviewing workflow definitions, example scenarios, and edge cases. While you are not expected to be technical, you are expected to understand the system.

Over time, you will help build the AI you wish you had as an auditor, supporting the next generation of live, autonomous audits.

ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.

Typically 3–7 years post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm, across multiple industries.

Deep familiarity with audit methodology and the judgment calls that matter in practice.

Clear, confident communication and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Well-formed views on what needs to change in audit, and genuine curiosity about how AI can make that change real.

Comfortable with ambiguity, energised by early-stage environments, motivated by real ownership.
